Hanut India is pleased to launch a full range of IP55 / IP65 junction boxes and accessories for junction boxes. Hanut India junction boxes can be used indoor as well as outdoor.

Junction boxes are suitable for factory automation, machine control panel, electrical, CCTV, telecom and many other projects and applications.

Junction boxes with IP66 and IP67 protection level are now available with Hanut India.

Superior protection against water entry
Hanut India junction boxes have unique rain gutter profile. This profile enhances the protection against water entry from any direction.

Self gripping EPDM gasket along with the rain gutter profile provides robust protection against dust and water entry up to IP55 level for a long time.

IP55 compliant compression cam lock [s] are provided as default. Bigger boxes are provided with three point locking arrangement.

RoHS compliant finishing
RoHS compliant surface pre treatment chemicals and powder coating paint are used during manufacturing of the Hulasi's junction boxes.

High accuracy and reliability
Hanut India junction boxes and other enclosures are manufactured in state of the art company owned & operated manufacturing facilities in India. Imported CNC machines, converized powder coating lines and well maintained ISO 9001 quality management system all help in ensuring production of high quality and robust enclosures and boxes.

Front door open 180 degrees & has hidden internal hinges. Door can removed and reinstalled by the end user without using any special tool making installation & maintenance easier.

Venting Element for enclosures, panels & junction boxes:

It is strongly recommended to install two or more waterproof Venting Elements with IP6X rated enclosures, panels & junction boxes.

While keeping dust and liquids from entering the box these protective vent plugs allow the box to breathe. The protective Vent plugs thereby prevent pressure and humidity built up inside the box.

Hanut India offer IP68 rated vent plugs [also called pressure respirator] with polyamide 6 outer body & light grey RAL 7035 color and in SS 304. Vent plug in SS 304 is expensive and has a longer order to dispatch lead time.

IP66 rated junction boxes can protect the housed equipment from strong splashes of water. IP67 rated junction boxes provide even higher degree of protection. IP67 rated boxes can withstand temporary submersion in water.

IP44 and IP65 rated 3 pin [single phase] & 5 pin [3 phase] sockets from reputed manufacturers like C&S, Hensel, are used in these Industrial Plug & Socket Boxes. Industrial plug socket JBs made by Hulasi have been type tested for IP65 compliance.

A wide variety of components like step down transformer, ELCB, RCBO, MCB, MCCBs,... etc. are factory fitted by Hanut India in its industrial plug and socket panels / junction boxes.
