Wall mount Distribution Point (DP) Boxes

Hanut India: Wall mount Distribution Point (DP) Boxes are available in 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 400 and 600 pairs sizes and in standard and LL (Long last) constructions. Wall mount DP boxes can be purchased with or without back mount frames and IDC type cable termination (CT) blocks.

Hanut India Cable distribution Sub pillars include outer protective metallic enclosure, internal frame on which back mount frames and CT blocks are mounted, cable management loops, earthing wire, document pocket and related hardware.

Sub pillars are available in 100 pairs, 200 pairs, 400 pairs and 800 pairs sizes in standard and LL (long last) models.

Cable distribution (CD) cabinets for mounting IDC type Cable termination CT blocks 

Hanut India CD Cabinets include outer protective metallic enclosure, internal frame on which back mount frames and CT blocks are mounted, cable management loops, earthing wire, document pocket and related hardware.

Hanut India cable distribution (CD) cabinets are available in 1000 pairs, 2000 pairs and 2400 pairs sizes in standard and LL (long last) models.

Back mount frames

Hanut India offers back mount frames to mount 1, 5 and 10 numbers of 10 pair IDC type cable termination blocks. Back mount frames are made of stainless steel (SS).

Back mount frame assembly for 19” and ETSI / telecom racks

6SU ETSI rack back mount frame assembly with capacity to house up to 10 numbers of IDC type CT blocks. 1SU=25mm. 

3U 19” rack back mount frame assembly with capacity to house up to 10 numbers of IDC type CT blocks. 1U=1.75 inch = 44.45mm. 

Backmount frame rack mounting plate is made of 2mm CRCA steel with Zinc electro coat and powder coating.

Standard Construction

LL (Long Last) Construction 
External enclosure including hat is made of CRCA mild steel and is powder coating with polyester powder. External enclosure including hat is made of GPC (Zinc plated) mild steel and is powder coating with pure polyester powder.
Internal frame which is used for mounting of back mount frame and CT blocks is made of CRCA mild steel and is Zinc electro plated. Internal frame is made of stainless steel.
Backmount frame is made of stainless steel. Backmount frame is made of stainless steel.
Hardware (screws and nuts) are primarily zinc plated mild steel type. Hardware (screws and nuts) are primarily made of stainless steel.

Initial cost of our LL (Long Last) Dp boxes and Cable Distribution cabinets is more than the price of standard Dp boxes and Cable Distribution cabinets. This higher initial cost is more than compensated by the significantly longer field life of LL (Long Last) models over standard construction models.

We therefore recommend our LL (Long Last) Dp boxes and Cable Distribution cabinets.
