19" racks with dust protection Hanut IP racks have IP51 protection rating meaning that the racks are protected against access with a wire (1.0 mm or greater in diameter), dust protected (not dust proof i.e. dust may enter during specified test but will not interfere with operation of the equipment and impair safety) and can handle water dripping vertically.
Hanut IP rated racks have welded rock solid construction Basic frame of the Hanut IP rated racks is made from 2mm CRCA sheet steel and is MIG welded for rock solid strength and rigidity. All seams are continuously welded and grounded smooth. In larger IP racks body stiffeners are used to maintain high rigidity. Hanut IP racks are exceptionally strong and rigid.
IP racks ship fully assembled So there is no need to learn mechanical engineering and spending hours in assembling the racks. Hanut IP racks can be deployed quickly.
Removable doors and side panels Enable easy access to housed equipment. Doors open full 120° thanks to the use of top quality hinges.

One 19" rack basic frame. The frame includes top, base, 4 pillars and 2 pairs of fully adjustable 19" equipment mounting rails.
One toughened glass front door with 2 panel locks
One plain steel rear door with 2 panel locks
Two bolted side panels
One cable entry gland plate with cone shaped grommets in the base
One set of heavy duty Stainless Steel leveling feet
One set of grounding studs
Material of construction: 2mm CRCA sheet steel
Oil resistant gasket attached with oil resistant adhesive and held in place with steel retaining strips
Finish: powder coat over phosphatized surface. Rack basic frame in Munshall Grey color and rest in Bone Grey color.
Packing: Wooden pallet base; thermocoal + bubble sheet + corrugated cardboard packing on the body
